We require all renters to be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and credit card.

What time does the rental start/end?

All rentals start at 8AM and need to be returned by 4PM on the last day of your rental. For every 30 minutes after 4PM the renter will incur a $50 charge.

Where are the boats? Can you move it to another lake?

All boats are docked on Gull Lake. We can move them for a fee to a different lake within the area. Please contact Lakes Area Adventures for a quote to move the boat to another lake. Note that only employees of Lakes Area Adventures can move the boats to another lake. Moving boats by a renter is strictly prohibited. Moving fee starts at $250 and increases based on distance, with the exception of North Long and Round Lake. We deliver to North Long and Round Lake for FREE with any 3+ day rental.

Do I need to wear a life jacket?

Everyone on board needs to have a life jacket. Children 10 and under are required to wear life jackets at all times the boat is moving per State law. The boat will have enough life jackets for capacity and each tube rental will have additional ski vests available at no charge (sizes limited).

Yes, the renter of the boat will need to sign a contract at the time of reservation and all passengers will need to sign a waiver the day of the rental.

Yes. On the day of rental, the credit card on file will have a $1,000 hold placed on it which will be removed once the boat is returned in the same condition it was rented in.

Can we eat/drink on the boat?

Yes, but remember that coolers count toward the weight capacity of the boat. We have larger Yeti coolers for rent as well. Drivers of the boat may not consume alcohol.
